At Aziz Farm, we take great pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality mangoes straight from our orchards to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The mangoes were damaged or rotten upon arrival
  • The quantity delivered was incorrect

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect mangoes
  • Your order number and contact details

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • You cancel the order before it is dispatched
  • The delivered mangoes were spoiled or not edible, and you report the issue within 24 hours
  • We are unable to fulfill or deliver your order

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, once the claim is verified and approved.

3. Exchange/Replacement

If the mangoes delivered are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement box (subject to availability)
  • A voucher or discount for future purchases
  • A full or partial refund, based on the extent of the issue

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be packed or shipped.
